Located in the southeastern section of Westchester County, the Village of Pelham, which is contained within the Town of Pelham, has a population of approximately 6,400.

The derivation of the name Pelham comes from Thomas Pell, who originally purchased the tract of land from the Siwanoy Indians in the mid- seventeenth century.

To get to our office from the Pelham Town Hall, depart Sparks Avenue toward Manning Circle. Take ramp left and follow the signs for the Hutchinson River Parkway North. Take Exit 23N for Mamaroneck Avenue westbound towards White Plains. Keep Straight onto SR-125/Mamaroneck Avenue. 200 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, N.Y. will come up on the left, just after a firehouse on the right at the corner of Mamaroneck Avenue and Maple Avenue. There is limited parking available at meters in front of the building; however, parking is also easily accessible in the six story parking garage directly behind our building at the corner of Maple Avenue and Chester Street, known as the Chester-Maple Garage. To get to the parking lot, make a left on Maple Avenue and then immediately turn into the parking garage on the right.
