The Town Of New Castle
Located in the north central portion of Westchester County, the Town of New Castle contains the hamlets of Chappaqua and Millwood. There are just in excess of 17,000 inhabitants of the town.
Chappaqua, the largest hamlet in New Castle, is home to former United States President Bill Clinton and his wife Hillary Clinton, the current United States Secretary of State.
Directions To Our Office
To get to our office from the Town Hall, start from Hunts Lane toward Hunts Place. Turn right onto Hunts Place. The road name changes to Douglas Road. Make a left onto Mill River Road. At the roundabout, take 2nd exit. Take the ramp on the left and follow signs for the Saw Mill Parkway South toward Sprain Parkway/ New York City/ Bronx Parkway. Keep straight onto the Sprain Brook Parkway South. Take ramp left for I–287 East/Cross Westchester Expressway toward White Plains. Take Exit 5 to SR–100 South/SR–119 South/Tarrytown Road towards White Plains. After the Galleria Mall on your right, turn right onto SR–125/Mamaroneck Avenue. 200 Mamaroneck Avenue, White Plains, N.Y. is located on the right. There is limited parking available at meters in front of the building; however, parking is more easily accessible in the six story parking garage directly behind our building at the corner of Maple Avenue and Mamaroneck Avenue, known as the Chester–Maple Garage. To get to the garage, continue to Maple Avenue, make a right onto Maple Avenue, and the entrance to the parking garage is immediately on your right.
